This hotel was wonderful to stay at during our visit in Venice. You can walk to other parts of the city and is nearby the taxi. The staff were helpful in providing suggestions on what to see and how to get there. Our breakfast was included and it was delicious. The staff in the breakfast area were so nice and checked on us frequently. The beds were comfortable and room was spacious for 3 people. The view outside our room was so pretty too! We would definitely come back and stay here.
Incredible location. Historic yet updated hotel with an extraordinarily friendly staff, especially Tommaso. The junior suite with the canal view was beautiful. In summary, this was a magical experience in the best part of Venice (they even have their own pier for the water taxis!)
We had a lovely room with view of canal. The decor was traditional Venetian with beautifully updated bathroom. There was robe/slippers for us to use during our stay. Breakfast included which was beyond the usual offerings. Seating was limited so I recommend taking this into consideration during your stay. Staff was engaging and helpful. Hotel was neat, clean and relaxing. We would highly recommend.
First of all, the hotel location is fantastic! How it's tucked in the alleys, and the canals adds to the place's coziness. The location felt safe and accessible. My family would like to thank your wonderful staff for the excellent service during our stay. Some of your team went above and beyond when helping us, making our visit more memorable. The room we stayed in was top-notch. It was clean, orderly, and very comfortable. The breakfast spread was good, and the availability of cappuccino, espresso, and other hot drinks made to order was fantastic. These aren't important things, but since you asked, I only request readily brewed coffee for self-serve and a nice whiskey (14 years, maybe) available for purchase for those nights when you feel like staying in. Other than that, it's Bellissimo!
Our stay was stunning. Staff is very positive, helpful and kind. From telling us which sections of the city to avoid at what time for Acqua Alta, to anything we might like to see.
Room was very clean and comfortable with our family of four. Breakfast was lovely to have with children, so we can get out the door with ease! Location is fabulous. It feels quiet and quaint, yet it a close location to many main attractions in Venice.
